mejdool dates
  • (Optional) Up to 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
vanilla syrup

Instructions:

  1. Blend hemp hearts, water, dates (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract (if using) until smooth and creamy.
  2. Strain the milk through a fine mesh strainer or nut milk bag for an extra smooth result.
